Camps and Retreats Cancellation Policy
This new policy will become effective beginning on September 1, 2017.
If you need to cancel your reservation, you may do so; however, the following policy will apply:
If you cancel before the registration deadline, 100% of your registration and deposit fee will be refunded or could be credited toward another program. The registration deadline is three weeks before the program starts.
If you cancel after the registration deadline and before the retreat date, the $35 deposit will be forfeited. The balance remaining will be refunded or credited toward another program. We understand that a medical circumstance may arise causing an individual to be unable to attend retreats. Cancellation requests due to illness or accident prior to the retreat start date require a physician’s written verification. Upon receipt of verification, we will refund or credit 100% of the amount paid.
If you are a “no show” or cancel on the day of the retreat, for any reason, you will not receive a refund and your $35 deposit will be forfeited.
***Individuals who repeatedly cancel and/or no show will be subject to discussion regarding future participation in FireFly Camps and Retreats programming***
Please note: If SBAWP cancels programming due to inclement weather you will be refunded 100% of your deposit/payment. You may also choose to carry it to future programming.
